“Beach House” featured at Found Company, Sept 2026

Cherielyn Ferguson is an SF Bay Area playwright whose plays have been produced and read in the U. S. and internationally. Readings in 2026 include Dinner, which was selected for the short play program at the 2026 Lanford Wilson New American Play Festival. Recent short-play productions include Miss Lamarr Goes to Washington at Soapbox Stageworks and Have a Seat, featured in The Cannon Theatre’s 10-minute play festival. Twinkle, twinkle was included in The Redlands Theatre Festival’s New Works program and will be produced by Pegasus Theatre – Sonoma in October.  Fair Play will be published this fall in Smith & Kraus’s Best 10-Minute Plays 2026. She’s a member of the Dramatists Guild, the Pear Playwrights Guild, and the Playwrights’ Center and is a past member of PlayGround-SF’s writers pool, as well as an alumna of the Kennedy Center Playwriting Intensive.
